All online orders will be processed through standard delivery with FREE shipping.

- Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Unless you are purchasing a commissioned piece, where turnaround time can be up to 3 weeks.
- All domestic orders are shipped via USPS priority mail.
- We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or the weather.
- Allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped during sales. Ex; Black Friday & Holiday sales.
- You will receive tracking information on the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.
- Please exclude processing time when calculating your packages date of arrival. Delivery time starts 24 hours after your tracking information is received.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. If your artwork arrives damaged in transit please take photos of the external box, the shipping label on the box, and the damage to the artwork/frame or fault in them.
- Send all photos of the damage via e-mail within 7 days to email@example.com, so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.
- We are only able to ship to the address you indicate, please ensure that the address entered at checkout is correct.
